Post-ops who have gained weight

I'm guilty of being up and down and up and down.

Damn! I want this cycle to end and I know that it is ALL on me.

Today, I start yet AGAIN....

Day 1 of the protein train

1 hard boiled egg and protein coffee
Water
Vitamins

Grilling this evening

I'm still a fat azz.  No weight lost - still at 215 and miserable about it.

I'm waiting on my NuWave oven so that I can cook all kinds of meat and veggies - I plan to do a carb funeral and go back to my early post op days. I did a protein shake this morning and sausage and cabbage.  My only carbs will be the wheat bread on my tuna sammich for lunch and my tortillas with dinner. 

Shooting for 100oz of water.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Keeping the faith and fighting the good fight.  I'm back to counting carbs but not yet ready to protein train.  For now I'm staying below 100g total.

Cookie...I feel you. So damn tired of it!!! My weight is up and down like freakin' toilet seat!  My consistency isn't there..so I know its all on me. My band, affectionately known as the cruel mistress, is working perfectly...it's me that's not working hard enough.

So...back on the grind. Working on getting ALL of this protein drink in this morning.  Crab and mixed green salad for lunch and grilled chicken for dinner (if I can get it in. If not switching to fish). On my way to the gym later today. Cardio burn...

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

just know that you are not alone!  this maintenance is a B****!!!  losing was so easy, i really didn't put forth that much effort, like i'm trying to do now...WHEW!  oh well, also know that there are others like you and I who are in this fight to win!

Yes Yes Yes.....I am fighting with the fatter girl that's trying to get out.  I have really been struggling for the last couple of months, but today I started low carb and I am back to hitting the gym. It's amazing how the weight will jump back on you with a vengence.  

EM: Coffee
B: 2 slices turkey bacon
     2 hard boiled eggs
S: 1 slice of turkey bacon
      1 hard boiled egg
L: salad with grilled chicken ranch dressing

D: Protein shake

Girl I am SO with you on this...I've been wanting to GET to 185 but keep bouncing between 194 (my lowest) and 210...well now I'm BACK on the grind...
